AegisNexTerms of use
These terms are an agreement between you and Huỳnh Thị Vân Nhi, the developer of AegisNex. By installing or using AegisNex you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy.
1. What AegisNex is
AegisNex is a risk-checking and warning tool for individuals on Android phones: it checks device settings, apps, networks, links and unknown calls, with explanations and steps to fix them. AegisNex does not replace antivirus software, is not a cybersecurity solution for organisations, and does not block calls or apps for you.
2. Limits of detection
No tool can detect every threat. AegisNex may miss risks or raise false alarms. Results are for guidance only; you decide what to do. Never share an OTP or password, or transfer money, just because a result says "safe".
3. Accounts
- You must be 16 or older to use the app on your own. Children under 16 may use it only when a parent or guardian installs and manages it through the Family plan.
- The free plan works anonymously without sign-in. Paid plans require sign-in with Google or email.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
4. Plans and payment
- The free plan has daily usage limits. Premium and Family are paid subscriptions; prices are shown in the app before purchase.
- Payment is through Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel in Google Play.
- Yearly plans may include a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged.
- Prices may change; new prices apply from the next renewal and are notified as Google Play requires.

5. Family plan
- The buyer is the family manager. Each member must agree on their own phone before being connected.
- The manager sees only risk status and connection status, never members' content, messages or location.
- Using the Family plan to monitor someone without their knowledge or consent is prohibited.
6. What you must not do
- Make false reports about numbers or links to harm others.
- Interfere with, probe, overload or try to bypass the limits of our systems.
- Copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app or its data.
- Use AegisNex for unlawful purposes.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
7. Third-party brands
Names of banks, e-wallets, apps and agencies appear in the app only to help you recognise fake apps and websites. They belong to their owners. AegisNex is not a partner of, or endorsed by, any of them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AegisNex is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or money lost to scams or from relying on the app's results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for AegisNex in the last 12 months.
9. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms. Important changes are announced in the app. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first settled by negotiation; otherwise by a competent court in Vietnam.
